Deep Tissue Massage

Focused, deliberate pressure that reaches the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release chronic tension.

Ideal when you carry tension that surface work cannot reach. Briana works slowly and communicates throughout, meeting your body where it is rather than forcing it. The goal is lasting relief, not white-knuckle intensity.

Swedish Massage

Flowing, full-body work that calms the nervous system, improves circulation, and leaves you genuinely rested.

A slower, gentler session built around long integrative strokes. This is the place to start if you want to unwind, sleep better, and simply feel cared for. Pressure is tailored to your comfort.

Integrative Session

A blended, whole-person session that draws from deep tissue and Swedish based on what your body needs that day.

Briana trained in a holistic approach, treating the body as a connected whole rather than a set of separate parts. Each session is shaped around you, combining focused therapeutic work with restorative, calming techniques.
